Buying a New Saddle
A new saddle is the next most expensive and important purchase you will make after buying your horse. With Freedom, you can be rest assured of an excellent service and advice.
Being independent, I can choose which manufacturers I prefer to work with. Clients naturally want advice on the best saddle for their horse's profile and generally for it to be sourced for the from a wide choice of saddle manufacturers. I hand select the manufacturers I feel are the best in terms of quality, delivery and after sales service.
The Freedom Service
Saddles by some brands are only available through reputable saddle fitters such as Freedom Saddlery. Freedom Saddlery is completely independent, working with a large range of saddle companies. Freedom Saddlery has a wide range of demonstrator saddles to try, from Kent & Masters through to Amerigo dressage and jump.
Please note pony saddles are not easy to source due to the lack of choice of smaller trees. Please also note that in the unlikely event that I cannot satisfy your specific demands the appointment fee still stands for the time and advice provided.
It is expected that any concerns are flagged immediately to be addressed and fairly dealt with. Genuine concerns will be given full attention, however a change of mind for reasons unrelated to the saddle will be rejected.
Consumer policy does not apply to Channel Islands, Ireland or Overseas (see full Terms and Conditions). It also does not apply for 'on premises sales', bespoke saddle orders, or where the client has explicitly requested Freedom Saddlery provide advice on the purchase of a new saddle whether on or off premises.
For saddles costing over £1500 new, included is a free of charge 12 week follow up appointment (if undertaken at Freedom Saddlery's base Whitegate Farm).
