The highly qualified, professional saddle fitting service primarily covers North Wales, Cheshire, Shropshire, the Wirral and the North West England, plus 1 day per month in and around Gloucestershire for client referrals from a number of high profile dressage trainers.

Off shore Freedom Saddlery regularly travels to Ireland, Dubai and Guernsey. Freedom saddlery has a vast number of the latest demonstration saddles for clients to try, from a wide variety of manufacturers; ensuring the correct choice of new saddle for your and your horse is made.
No one knows your horse better than you. You will know when he just isn't feeling 'right'. It then becomes a process of elimination as to what is causing the issue.. The typical symptoms of an ill fitting saddle can easily have a number of other causes. However, it is always advisable to assess the fit of the saddle as a matter of course as part of your investigations. This is where Freedom Sadddlery can help, as part of your team of horse professionals.. Freedom Saddlery regularly works alongside vets and equine back professionals to give your horse the chance to perform to his optimum.

Freedom Saddlery is the first UK saddle fitter to complete the international saddle fitting qualification with the Academy for Master Saddle Fitting Consultants and Equine Studies. The qualification is Dip. M.S.F.C. and is recognised with the logo seen below.

Freedom Saddlery
Freedom Saddlery was borne out of my own personal frustration at the 'mystique' that seemed to surround what should be a straightforward process.

Steph enjoys the challenge of dressage and ford crossing during hacking with her own horses

I ride competitively - up to Advanced level dressage - my dream being riding at PSG with 'Trevor' by the end of 2017!
My lovely big 'Forever' and I came first at the British Dressage Winter Regional championships and competed at the National Winter Dressage Championships in 2012. I feel this is an essential element for good saddle fitting advice.
It is important to understand how a horse moves and feels, and how the saddle allows freedom of their movement - or not. I am also studying for my UKCC Level 2 coaching qualification as quite often saddle fits require an assessment of rider effectiveness - an influential factor to consider.
Proud to have represented Wales from 20011 - 2017, I also coach daughter Francesca Bradley, who qualified for the National Dressage Championships 2016 at Inter 1.

Francesca has represented Wales BYRDS, and was selected to represent Great Britain internationally at Young Rider in 2014/16. Having completed her university degree, she is now riding professional as a working pupil with International Dressage rider, judge Elite Coach, and Director of Dressage at Hickstead, Dane Rawlins.

I enjoy lessons with Charlotte Dujardin, Jackie Beavan, Dianne Breeze, more recently Dane Rawlins. In fact anyone with the patience to teach me!
